I began in accounting with a retail electric provider, where I learned how energy contracts are structured and how pricing decisions are made. From there, I helped launch Energy Ogre on the residential side, giving me firsthand experience helping consumers navigate deregulated electricity markets. Over time, I realized something important: energy is one of the largest operating expenses for many businesses — and it’s often one of the most overlooked. Electricity is a necessary evil. It’s not exciting. It’s not optional. And most business owners don’t have the time to monitor markets, evaluate contract structures, or negotiate with multiple suppliers. That’s where I come in. I genuinely care about protecting business owners from overpaying and from signing contracts they don’t fully understand. My goal isn’t just to secure a competitive rate — it’s to save you time, bring clarity to a complicated process, and become a trusted long-term resource for your business.
